– We'll gather information to write your INSTANT
Press Release™ (up to 500 words) that conforms with
journalistic ("AP") style, after which we'll send you the press
release in draft form (via email as a Word file) for your review, edits,
and approval;
2. Media List
– We'll compile targeted media contacts
for your INSTANT Media List™
(up to 100 contacts), after which we'll send you the media list in draft
form (via email as a Word file) for your review, edits, and approval;
3. Release Distribution
– We'll handle INSTANT Release Distribution™
of the approved press release to the approved media list via email, fax, or
mail (according to each media contact's preference), and we'll work with you
to determine the best distribution timing;
4. Media Follow-Up
– After the press release distribution, we'll conduct INSTANT
Media Follow-Up™ (via phone, email, or fax, according
to each media contact's preference) with key contacts from the media list
to: a) confirm receipt of the press release (and resend it if needed), b)
assess interest and obtain feedback, and c) answer any questions, provide
additional information, and arrange for press coverage/interviews/photography
on your behalf (we can also prep you for any interviews); and,
5. Activity Report
– At the project's conclusion, we'll send you an INSTANT
PR Report™ (via email as a Word file) recapping the
campaign, and including any media comments, inquiries or requests, and commitments
or coverage -- this report can be quite useful for continued PR activities.
